Compliance, Built Into How Projects Are Delivered
Worked in environments aligned with global technology clients
Industry-Embedded. Delivery-Focused.
Palmer Shore operates at the intersection of compliance, workforce mobility, tax and commercial delivery within the global data centre construction sector.
We work alongside contractors and specialist supply chains delivering across multiple jurisdictions, with an established European footprint and a growing presence in the United States.
Our role is operational, not theoretical. We build the compliance and workforce infrastructure required to support live projects under real delivery conditions.

We are structured to operate within active project environments, aligned with Tier 1 contractors and hyperscaler expectations.
Our frameworks are designed to operate under inspection, audit and continuous scrutiny.
