Contact Forms

Note: We do not store contact form submissions beyond the period necessary to respond to and process your enquiry. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

Form submissions are processed securely and transmitted over encrypted connections. We do not use autoresponder marketing sequences or add contact form submissions to mailing lists without your explicit consent.

Analytics & Tracking

We use third-party analytics and behaviour tracking tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. This helps us improve performance, content and user experience.

Data Retention

Contact form enquiries are retained for a period of 12 months following the close of the relevant communication. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the default retention settings of the applicable tool, unless adjusted by us.

Where data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
